1. Material Grade: 6063-T5 Virgin Aluminium

We use only high-purity virgin aluminium billets to ensure maximum structural rigidity and a flawless surface finish.

The T5 tempering process provides the ideal balance of hardness and tensile strength, preventing the profile from bending or deforming during heavy-duty use.

2. Dimensional Precision: ±0.1mm Tolerance

Utilizing advanced CNC-controlled extrusion lines, we maintain a strict dimensional tolerance of ±0.1mm.

This precision ensures that the trim fits perfectly flush against the worktop edge, eliminating gaps where moisture or bacteria could collect.

3. Surface Treatment: 15μm Anodized Layer

Our standard anodizing thickness is 12-15μm, significantly higher than the industry average of 8μm.

This thicker layer provides exceptional abrasion resistance (Mohs hardness 6-7) and ensures the finish remains color-fast even after years of cleaning with industrial detergents.

4. Thermal & Chemical Stability

• Heat Resistance: Unlike plastic alternatives, our aluminium trim is stable up to 600°C, making it safe for use adjacent to industrial ovens and hobs.
• Corrosion Resistance: The inert oxide layer protects the core metal from the acidic or alkaline cleaners common in commercial kitchens.

5. Waterproofing Edge Geometry 

The profile is designed with a specialized internal return-lip that creates a mechanical barrier against water ingress, protecting the core of laminate and wood-composite boards from swelling.
