The chemical composition is not qualified. Aluminum profiles mixed with a large amount of mixed aluminum and scrap aluminum can greatly reduce costs, but they will lead to non-conformity of the chemical composition of aluminum profiles in construction, seriously endangering the safety of construction projects.
Reduce the wall thickness of the profile. 90 series push and pull window type, according to national standards its aluminum profile wall thickness minimum is not less than 1. 4mm, some products only 0. 6 to 0. 7mm. 46 series ground bullet door type, the national standard use of aluminum profile wall thickness minimum not less than 1. 62mm, sampling, some products only 0. 97 to 1. 18mm。
Poor-quality aluminum profiles greatly reduce the closure time, reduce the loss of chemical reagents, cost reduction, but the corrosion resistance of the profile is also greatly reduced.
