2. You can draw the position of the hole with the special hook on the wall according to the installation drawing provided or the relevant requirements.
3. When installing aluminum profile radiator, consider the damage caused by heating pipe heating and cold shrinking to the radiator.
4. Put the 12 expansion tube in and level it.
5. Please use the impact drill to drill out 12 holes, the depth of which is to expand the pipe into the outside and the wall level is appropriate.
6. Install the bottom hook, after meeting the requirements, tighten the screws.
7. Place the aluminum profile radiator on the bottom installed hook, install the upper hook to adjust the hook position, to tighten, before tightening the expansion screw, when placing the radiator, put the discharge valve on top.
8. In the installation of the assembly pipe connector, and then according to the drawing requirements to install the pipe and connect with the in and out of the water port, fastening everywhere, the rear side from the wall 3.5cm, 5cm from the kick angle line.
9. Please enter hot water, open the air valve, degass until the water. The aluminum profile radiator must not exceed the operating pressure of 0.12Mpa as listed in the instruction manual.
10. The oxygen content in the hot medium must not be greater than 0.05g per square meter. The medium water used in the heating flakes shall comply with PH9≤9, and PH shall be 12. when there are internal ≤ measures.
